Production Process

1. Inner Tube Extrusion: High-quality synthetic rubber raw materials are extruded to form a smooth, compact inner rubber liner, guaranteeing excellent oil resistance and medium tightness.

2. Steel Wire Braiding: Two layers of high tensile strength steel wire are precisely braided onto the inner tube under constant tension to build the pressure-bearing reinforcement layer.

3. Intermediate Rubber Coating: Adhesive rubber layer is coated between reinforcement layers to tightly combine each structural layer and avoid layer separation under pressure.

4. Outer Cover Extrusion: Wear-resistant outer rubber is extruded to fully wrap the reinforced structure.

5. Vulcanization Molding: The semi-finished hose undergoes high-temperature and high-pressure vulcanization. This process forms stable cross-linked molecular structure inside rubber, improving elasticity and structural compactness.

6. Strict Pressure Testing: Finished hoses go through proof pressure and burst pressure inspection. Unqualified products are eliminated to ensure consistent quality.

7. Cutting, Marking & Packaging: Qualified hoses are cut to customized lengths, printed with brand and specification marks, then packaged for shipment.
